The GC or builder sends landscape drawings, specifications, and the bid schedule.
Check every quantity
James, one of our owners, reviews the plans and verifies tree and shrub counts, along with all other material quantities.
Price the scope
We send quantities and material requirements to our vendors for pricing.
Make the proposal clear
Our proposal explains the scope, inclusions, and assumptions so your team knows exactly what is being priced.
Coordinate after award
After we are awarded the project, our irrigation vendor develops the irrigation design. We coordinate the required submittals with the builder or GC.
Mobilize the site
For larger projects, we arrange an on-site storage container for materials, shovels, and tools. The crew reports directly to the jobsite each morning, reducing shop trips and getting the workday started efficiently.
Run the work
As an owner, James oversees project budgets and day-to-day field operations, coordinating crews, materials, and installation.
