After rough grading, Marlow—one of our core crew members—stepped in to reshape and smooth the Ball Ground Brook entrance in less than an hour. His eye for detail and skill on the machine made all the difference. We’re proud to have this rockstar on the Hammer team.

IRRIGATION · BALL GROUND BROOK
The hunt for hidden sleeves.
Irrigation was initially removed from the scope through value engineering, then added back late in the project. The road-crossing sleeves, installed by others, were unmarked and did not extend far enough beyond the pavement. Our crew had to lift sections of sidewalk and ADA ramp to locate and access the sleeve ends.
The sleeves are in. The markings? That’s the mystery. Time to find the hidden pipes!
